What internship positions do you offer?
Open positions vary from year to year. In general, we offer internships in corporate finance, corporate banking, consulting, accounting, marketing, sales, grapic design, database administration, web programming, and research & development.

How many interns do you accept per year?
Most years we accept 10-12 interns. Unfortunately, our enterprise cannot fairly accomodate more, so acceptance is highly competative.

What are your internship wages?
The answer to that question obviously depends on the field. We pay our interns by the hour. There are always opportunities for a raise in salary based on performance. Commission is also given where applicable. We also subsidize living and traveling expenses for those interns who choose to live in our housing projects.

Do you help your interns find jobs?
As our company expands, we are often able to offer permanent positions to successful interns at the completion of their internship. During years when we do not have open positions available, we equip our exitting interns with impressive recommendation letters. KEIP has an excellent reputation for producing professionals with experience and confidence to hit the ground running. Most interns do not have a hard time finding jobs.
